11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday

Pool Rules

Admission to the pool is limited to Home Owners from the Knolls, Meadow, Village, and Woods who are in good standing with the association, their families and their guests

Entry Into the Pool Area - Entrance to the pool is controlled by a PIN entry system and all entries are logged.  Each family gets a unique number supplied by Morris Property Management (Pool monitors are not to open the gate for anyone).  To enter the pool you simply enter your PIN on the numerical pad located at the entrance.  Upon entering the pool, please close the gate behind you.  You will be liable for any person entering the pool area because you allowed the gate to stay open.  Inappropriate use of the PIN number will result in the loss of pool privileges for the family for the balance of the pool season.

If you lose your PIN number, Morris Property Management will be unable to give you a replacement over the telephone.  Requests for replacement PIN numbers will be sent via standard mail.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
Everyone swims at his or her own risk.

Monitors will be provided Sunday through Saturday.
Pool monitors are provided to ensure and enforce gate sign in policies and gate rules, provide pool maintenance, keep logs and reports on pool activities including violations of pool rules, bathroom maintenance, and pump room maintenance.

• Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday.  Due to vandalism concerns, any person in pool area after hours will be reported to the Franklin Police as “Trespassing”.
   

• Adults wishing to swim laps, may contact Equity Property Management for access to the pool before 9:00 am.  Adult swim is for persons 18 years of age and older.
   

• Food and drink are allowed around the pool; however, not in the pool.
   

• No glass shall be permitted in the pool area. Beverages should be in cans, plastic bottles, paper or plastic cups.
   

• Alcohol will be permitted by adults 21 years of age and over if handled in an appropriate and responsible manner.  Inappropriate handling of alcohol may result in the loss of pool privileges for the balance of the season.
   

• Please dispose of all trash in proper containers.
   

• Running, horseplay, foul language and rough behavior are not permitted.
   

• There will be no climbing on the lifeguard stands allowed.
   

• Infants without proper swim diapers will not be allowed in the pool.
   

• Only proper swimming apparel will be allowed in the pools: no shorts or cut-offs.
   

• Chairs and lounges are primarily for the use of adults.  Children should relinquish them if adult crowds should increase.
   

• No diving at any time.
   

• No smoking in pool area.
   

• No dogs or other pets allowed in the pool area.
   

• Each homeowner may have a maximum of 4 guests at the pool at a time.
   

• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.  Proof of age may be required upon request
   

• The wading pool is for children 6 years old and younger with an accompanying adult.  THIS POOL IS NOT UNDER LIFEGUARD OR CLUBHOUSE SUPERVISION.   MEMBERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR OWN CHILDREN WHILE USING THE WADING POOL.

Any infraction of the pool rules by any member of a family or a friend will result in the loss of pool privileges of all family members for the balance of the season.

THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MAJOR INFRACTIONS OF THE RULES.  SUSPENSION OF AMENITIES PRIVILEGES WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION SOUTHLAND MANAGEMENT COMPANY.  PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHILDREN AWARE OF THESE RULES.

Anyone entering the pool area is acknowledging that they have read and understand these Pool Rules.
