The Cool Springs HOA Newsletter is published in January, March, May,
July, September, and November.
If
we can e-mail the newsletter
to
most of the homeowners, we could publish more frequently and save on
postage, printing, and labor, keeping our HOA dues low.

Classified Ads
Each homeowner is permitted two free classified ads in each issue,
not to exceed 4 lines, including phone number. Additional ads are
$30 an issue, 4 lines with phone number.
Non-owner/commercial ads: ONE ad each issue, not to exceed
2x3 inches, are $45 cash or trade out of $50 value to benefit
homeowners, Editor’s discretion.
Encourage your favorite restaurants and shops to place an ad in
our newsletter. We all love the coupons and offers!
