Design Review Committee

The 2008 Landscape members:

• Gary Sardynski, Chairman
• Heather Mangeot
• Peter Calvert

This committee monitors all the architectural change requests that are processed in the neighborhoods and determines if they meet the intent of the published design guidelines.  All plans for changes and additions to structure or landscape must be submitted and approved by the Design Review Committee.  Where the extent of the modifications exceed the expertise of the committee, the committee solicits the advice of a professional architect.
