Only homeowners in good standing, with dues current, are permitted to reserve the Clubhouse. The Board reserves the right to refuse a clubhouse reservation at their discretion. To rent the clubhouse for your event, call Lisa Powers at 833-5117 ext 18 and she will see if the date that you want is available for rent. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $85, and there is a $200 security deposit that is refunded if the clubhouse is in the same condition as it was before your party. In addition to the rental fee of $85, you must submit with your application a signed check in the amount of $200 as a damage deposit to submit and have your reservation confirmed.
