  • NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY TAKES OVER - Effective January 1, 2008, Morris Property Management will oversee the daily operations of the Association.  Please see the management section of this website for more information.
     

  • Sharyn Willensky has volunteered to chair the Social Committee and was accepted by the Board at the last meeting.  Sharyn will need additional members for her committee to complete the many functions she is planning.  If you wish to join the Social Committee and plan fun events for the community, email Sharyn at: social@coolspringstn.org.
     

  • New Maintenance Request Form - Have you noticed items in the neighborhoods that require attention by the Board?  Let us know by submitting a Maintenance Request.
     

  • Social Committee Announcements
