Board meetings are held monthly and are generally closed to homeowners. Homeowners who would like to address the board on specific issues must email the Board at board@coolspringstn.org or send a letter to Equity Property Management a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, stating the purpose of the request. Time will be scheduled for these homeowners to address the Board at the beginning of the regular Board meeting, which usually starts at 7 PM. After addressing the Board, homeowners will be asked to leave, as the working session is for Board members and committee chairmen only.
