Cool Springs East Homeowners Association is comprised of 340 homes in four neighborhoods: the Knolls, the Meadow, the Village and the Woods. All homes are privately owned and beautifully maintained in a quiet setting of landscaping and trees which are located on a wooded hill, historically known as Sliders Knob. (Anyone purchasing a home in Cool Springs HOA will be unable to make the home available for rent.) Homes are owner occupied. Common amenities include the clubhouse, the swimming pool with outdoor grilling area, and the tennis courts, all for exclusive use of homeowners and their guests.

Cool Springs, located between Franklin, TN and Brentwood, TN, on I-65 is one of the hottest areas in the nation for the business community, with companies moving their headquarters and companies here. Property values are high and rising. The private and public schools and colleges in the area are among the best in the nation, as well as hospitals and shopping. This website is maintained by volunteers who reside in the association and contains relevant information for all residents. 

The Bulletin Board contains all the official notices and announcements including those that are posted on the bulletin board at the pool entrance.  Other communication tabs will keep you informed on the Board's activities, HOA meetings, and upcoming events.

The Regulations section is a reference area containing all the protective covenants and bylaws of the association and also contains the necessary forms that must be submitted if you want to make changes to your property.
